* Anyone Else Have Random Crashes In All Steam Games?*

hey guys, i play steam games (css, hl2, ep1, gmod, dark mesiah, and the like) and i get a glitch if i play for a while, it will look like its jamed but then about 15 seconds later start up again .

then later on a bit it will crash, and i have to restart my pc

any ideas or comments ?

I quite often seem to get a 15/20 second pause while playing flatout 2 and race, but it doesn't crash on me.
