And if so how are your disks ?
I went to play this today and found the disks wouldn't even get recognised by any player I have.
Looking on the disk underside, they seem to be cloudy, it is under the surface as cleaning doesn't touch it.
Just wondering if its a one off or if others have come across this problem ?
I have 150 DVD's, this is the only one I thats done this that I know of ...

No, ive over 400 discs, and they all play.

Although i couldnt help with your Terminator problem, my version is Region 1.

They were doing a re-call of those disks a couple of years back, i had the same problem with mine, i will have a look around and see if i can find some info for you.

Googled and found this number - 0800 3898384
as i said it was a couple of years back so i dont know if this will still be the number to call, or if they will even swap it out now.

Ah niice one Edgecrusher, at least I am not alone :)
I have emailed MGM UK but I doubt I will hear anything, I will try that number on Monday, thanks :)

Ok I eventually traced the number needed .... basically MGM is owned by Sony so I contacted them and they said it was a common problem, caused by storage conditions at the time, and to send my discs in and they will replace the discs for me :D

Yeah I have the same problem too. I got mine a few years back. I lent it to a friend shortly after buying it and when I got it back one of the disks was cloudy, I presumed it got into the hands of his young son, but he told me his kid never touched it.

I cleaned it with a damp cloth and it was ok. Just looked at it now and its gone cloudy again.

Had the same issue a couple years back, got it changed by the manufacturer upon sending the discs, got upgraded to an amaray case too from the previous cardboard packaging :D

Had this problem a year or so ago and bought a new copy, wasn't worth the hassle trying to change it for the sake of a fiver.
