Anyone else not been able to connect to Steam?

I haven't been able to connect since COD came out. Also I did a clear up of my cache the other day and deleted all saved passwords. I can't even play my games offline.

Yep - no joy. Seems to be an issue for a few people on the STEAM forums with no contact from Valve with any support.

Just did a repair and now it is trying to update but dies at 0% with an error that it can't connect to Steam network.

Still can't connect. No response from Steam customer support either.
