Anyone else play Phoenix Wright?

Well I bought the first two games when I was in florida on holiday, think Im on the third case in the first game atm, really enjoying them :D
 
Yea I was wondering about the Edgeworth one as I saw it in Gamestation the other day, is it set after the phoenix wright games ?
 
The best game series on the DS, the 1st game is my favourite game on the DS, it got some fantastic writing.

That said the 5th case in the 3rd game has one of my favourite gaming moments of all time :D
 
That reminds me.

I played the first two games and loved them. Bought the third game, but after moving house I no longer commute by train and never finished it!

Might have to dig it out tomorrow, plus I'd like to try that Edgeworth game as well.

I've got a friend who is a lawyer and I asked her if at all it was anything like Phoenix Wright, only to discover that sadly it's boring and not at all a true representation. Still, it would be so entertaining if it was! OBJECTION!

My friend has got it, he says it is fantastic.

By the way, if anybody was wondering, the 5th case "rise from the ashes" in the 1st game: it was made when the game was ported from GBA to DS, that's why it's not part of the main storyline. Without wishing to spoil things, the story from this case is part of the 4th game, "apollo justice ace attorney"

I may or may not have the Steel Samurai theme tune as my ringtone :D


It's probably my favourite game series for the DS. They're really enjoyable to play!

There's just something about the writing and the humour that the games use that gives them a special charm. The music is also really good.
 
Normally I'm not a big fan of Japanese-y games but these ones for some reason have just the right humour to appeal to me.
