Just on a nostalgic theme, but those days were an era for me where overclocking was deemed a sin and OCUK was a new phenomenon giving "guaranteed overclocks" on selected CPU's !

The AMD K6-II was the OC Queen of the time, followed by the Duron, Spitfire and Thunderbird chips

Things have certainly moved on !

lol i remember when a friend tried to fix my dads thunderbird just a few days old he ended up frying the pc that was the first i seen of a oc pc

I remember running an overclocked K6-III 400 back in the day, beasty CPU, I miss the days when AMD offered the same performance as Intel for less money
