So I've seen a number of posts with people changing from awaiting payment to awaiting shipping (12+ hours ago), and getting "sorry about all this" emails, but I still haven't even recieved an order confirmation, and my store profile still lists it as awaiting payment. And searching I can't find anyone else asking...
So, before I add to the piles of support requests they have to deal with with a potentially pointless addition, is anyone else still sitting where I am?
Took me till 15:16 to even get a place in the queue (kept getting errors about my shipping addess, assumed it was just the site struggles, but eventually worked out the saved one might have been missing a phone number), so it's unlikely I'm anywhere near the front of the queue, but it'd still suck to lose my slot.
