Anyone else still waiting for the Virgin 20mb upgrade?

I'm on the Wolverhampton exchange and getting a bit peeved off now as it said August yeat they only have 4 areas to turn on in August and still none are done! How come May, June and July they can turn loads on but just 4 in August is taking so long?
When looking at the Maintenence page there isn't anything on there about upgrades so God knows when they'll be done!

Anyone with any clues?

to be honest there is no point as no-one there knows there butt from their elbow! I bet Virgin media customer service won't even know there has been an upgrade!!!

I live in cradley heath and my 4mb connection has been reduced to 2mb dl - 196 k ul tonight so the upgrades have been completed here.

Still on 10MB at home in the South West (Bristol region on rollout plan).

well I just rang them and they said before the end of August but to be honest I think he just looked on the 'wheres my upgrade' page same as we do!

I am in the West Midlands and I don't have my 20MB upgrade but I still get capped to 5MB every night

Anyway supposedly the upgrades have been happening around the third week of every month.

Our engineers will be undertaking maintenance work in the Wolverhampton area.
Customer Impact
The work will result in a loss of services for our broadband customers between the hours of 12am and 5am. This work will also affect any Video on Demand purchases during these times.For those customers who are aware of which one of our uBRs (routers) they connect to, this will affect customers on UBR03 in Wolverhampton. Virgin Media apologises for any inconvenience caused.

So could this be THE upgrade ???

Guys it says august. All of the upgrades happen at the end of the month. Oh and I can certainly tell that I've been upgraded

It says august...and has done for atleast a month IIRC.

I know it says August. I just figured if they can do 15+ in May and June how come the 4 for August are taking so long!
