Anyone else struggling to get your order sent or a response from OC as to why it's not been sent yet?

Hi All,

I ordered some watercooling fittings Monday and they still haven't shipped. No one is available on phone just get ' Due to unforseen circumstances no one is available' message and web notes are being noted as 5 working days... What is going on? Never had such bad service from OC in the past?

Hi there

Due to the major building move there has been some unforeseen technical issues effecting goods in, goods out and our phone lines, IT are working around the clock to try and get the systems back online and stable so things can resume as normal, as such apologies for any delays.

Sooo still not shipped. Whole working week and counting waiting for a couple of fittings to be able to complete my build.

I realise you guys are having technical challengese and that's just one of those things, but you haven't exactly made it clear either on your website or forum that these delays are expected. Surely an announcement explaining and keeping everyone updated is in order? Just good PR?
