i get migraines, quite often and im pretty sure its related to when the weather changes a lot.

this week, ive had a migraine for about 4/5 days...

day 1 - cold
day 2 - sun
day 3 - chucking it down with rain
day 4 - sun

it seems that extreme changes in weather start it off.... Anyone else get this at all or is it just a coincidence ya reckon?

Yep, Mrs deej gets weather related headaches quite often.

snow had pretty much gone, then we had a few cm of freezing rain/ice pellets (hail) that turned to slush fairly quickly, then snow again last night. Spring is very nice.

I'm in california right now.

Sun, Sun, Sun, Sun, Sun, Sun, Sun, Sun. It's terrible.

I don't normally get 'ill' in winter, but have been this year and even recently. Pretty sure its down to a my lack of sleep though, rather than weather conditions.

I get weather (pressure change?) related migraines but not been having any problems so far but I know 1-2 others that are (mine mostly triggered around times when we get that misty sort of rain when its close and humid).

Tablets and especially alcohol have never helped with my migraines - getting a couple of hours sleep in a dark room always sorts the worst of it for me.

lack of sleep could be playing a part in it too i guess, i dont sleep much, with working nights and being rudely awakened by day walkers wanting to do things because "they know il not be doing anything" but ive worked nights for years with no real issues.

jono... i hate you -.-

I thought it was only me getting the bad headaches.. and I've not had them last for this long and this frequent my entire life :( I've had it about 3 times last week, each lasting almost an entire day :(
