Anyone else unhappy with Swap Game?

As title really.

I sent 2 games away two weeks ago and only got a confirmation of despatch for another game yesterday and 4:04 (usually if there around 4 they come next day) The game that was despatched hasn't come today and I'm getting annoyed at paying £14.99 a month for something that i can only use probably a week a month!

I know it's christmas and all but charging me over christmas for a service i cant use is a bit annoying!

Swap game have gone bad for me ever since that first royal mail strike, since then it takes at least a week to get a new game back once you have sent one off. It can't be entirely royal mails fault!

Am i just being petty? Should i just cancel my subscription?

Anyone else has any problems?

My mates just messaged me on MSN saying how poor SG had been lately for him. I didn't have any problems in recieving Uncharted on PS3, but I'm on the £20 tarriff, possibly they are offering more for those on a higher tarriff than those on a lesser.

However, I admit, since the RM strikes they haven't been of the same standard.
 
I use Boomerang and their usually very good. Usually a week turn around from posting 2 games back and getting 2 new ones sent out.
 
I've moved off Swapgame onto Boomerang, Swapgame were very good to begin with, Nokkon recommended them to me and have been great as said until that RM Strike, they have just gone downhill, Boomerang seem much faster to me.
 
I've not had a problem with them lately and I'm on the £14.99 tariff. Just before Christmas it took a day or two for a game to be allocated to me but usually it's the next day so I wasn't really bothered.
