Ever bought something from here and then ended up with a 'second hand like' product with torn boxes, finger marks over driver CD's and battered instruction manuals. Happened to me twice over Xmas.

Overclockers response:

lol 10 quid, how about just sending me some new stuff instead lol.

If you ordered it from the general component section then yeah...everything should be brand new. Unless of course thing's have been returned to the manufacturer for an RMA, then they've been re-sold to the e-tailors as new.

Although if rma's are done to OcUK themselves, I think normally they would put the RMA's back into the B-Grade section of the site...So if you ordered the stuff from the B-grade section, there's a good chance in an RMA in the first place
