Anyone ever bought a 2nd hand Ipad Air (2020)?

I've been considering a more premium tablet and I really like the look of the current Ipad Air. Unfortunately i'm really stretching my budget at £400-450 and the Ipad Air doesn't seem to go lower than £520 new.

I was wondering if anyone has ever bought one used and if there was anything i should look out for if I were to buy one?

I can't offer any real world experience as I've not purchased one second hand myself but I've bought plenty of tech second hand. Main thing is to make sure you get a good seller - if using eBay I'd recommend a company that may offer a 6 month warranty etc over a private seller.
Unlike iPhones you iPads don't show the overall battery health, you need to download an app to your computer to check that out. Although with it being a 2020 model I would imagine battery health would be fine.

What I would suggest are a couple of alternatives. Amazon currently have a Grey Air in their Warehouse for £470ish - a little above your range but lower than £520.
Another option is a site called Price Lulu. By all accounts they seem very reputable however quite a few users over on another forum seem to have had luck with getting Currys to price match. Price Lulu have the Air for £459 so a price match from Currys and you're laughing.
