Anyone ever recieved a NIP for exceeding SPECS limits?

I know many many people who have been done by Gatso, Truvello and handheld camera/radar devices (myself included) but don't know anyone who has personally been done for speeding through a SPECS enforced stretch of motorway.

Has anyone here been done by SPECS? If so how do they term the speed given for the offence?

If I remember right specs cameras weren't approved to monitor multiple lanes so drivers change lanes after passing them to avoid being caught. I'd imagine the number of fine from specs is low because of this reason and as already mentioned, generally high compliance rates.

This used to be the case and was widely publicised at the time, but since then the underlying software has been altered and changing lane doesn't fool the system.
