Anyone ever used CJS Keys support?

The only way I can find to get in contact with them is via their zendesk portal.

However every ticket I submit instantly gets closed as solved.

Not sure if its always been this way as this is the first time I've tried to contact them but its been a lot longer than 12hours they suggest as turnaround.

Any ideas or alternate forms of contact?

Balls. They used to be fine with keys never had to contact them until this point

For some reason I always thought they were a UK company.
