Anyone every needed to return a case to OCUK?

Just wondering if you send it back the way it came as in no extra packaging around the original box?

And do you attach the RMA number to the original box?

the information usually states how to return the product. RMA clearly on the outside of the packaging and on the inside via a note.

Just worried about sticking it on the outside of the cases box, when I've sent other things back such as small items I have always put the original box inside a brown box, but due to the size I can't do this.

I wrapped the box in an extra layer of cardboard and put the sticker on that along with the RMA number in big letters with a marker pen.

I used Parcelfriend. Cost about £9 for them to collect from me and deliver next day.
