Anyone fancy a game of tetrinet?

basically it's 6 player tetris over the net. can be played with "classic" gameboy style rules, or with special weapon blocks to liven things up.

imo it's one of the most fun and addictive games i've played over the internet, especially when you've got a few of you playing. if anyone fancies a game or two let me know and i'll start a server.

no installation necessary. takes seconds to d/l and start playing.

if you want to check it out, it's the tetrinet 1.13 (standard) client you need (~400kb).

yeah, it's suprisingly fun. 6 players at the same time is awesome, especially when you are using the special blocks and using things like block-bombs/nukes on each other.

ok easiest thing then... enter "tetrinet.org" into the sever field (without the quote marks), then go into the "partyline" and type /join #ocuk

nah, never bothered with tetrinet2. heard it was carp. should probably check it out sometime, but tnet1.13 is pefect as it is imo. it's tetris... what more do you want?
