Lets hope they have a film crew with them, it will make a good documentary if they find them.
That it would! Since hearing about them being discovered, I have been eagerly awaiting news about the recovery of them and hope everything goes well, and that a potential 20 new Spitfire's are back, restored and get flying again!
Would be awesome to see and hear a squadron of them roaring over London again heh

Cool story. I have a piano stool at home which my grandfather made out of an old Spitfire propeller after the war. Not sure what sort of wood they were made out of - it's like mahogany only way more solid.
They now reckon there could be over 120 spitfires buried at different sites in Burma.
