Followed their instructions and used their create bootable USB drive, however going into the drive, there's no bootable files on the USB pen. So i'm concerned. Even with show hidden system files, i'd at least expect to see an IO.SYS or something on the pen.

Can't try booting from it out until later tonight. Created using Win 7...

Anyone else notice the same?

Could it be cos of a hidden bootable partition ?

make sure you dont have system files hidden in option which is the default. Or even easier try to boot from the usb.

I followed instructions and it all worked.

Well I'm guessing they are on a hidden partition because, i am able to boot to the USB pen, even though no IO.SYS or MSDOS.SYS files can't be seen going into the pen.. Even with system files unhidden. Tested and indeed it does boot from it.. Something to do with Windows 7 perhaps?
