Anyone found a use for a 2nd low res monitor?

Im looking to get a new one and was planning to use the old one as well. but then i really couldn't think why i would need a 2nd monitor??? maybe for chatting while im gaming? Anyone else find their 2nd, low res monitor useful?

I'll also add having the folder with my photos/videos open whilst editing, dragging and dropping is far easier than going through the menus. And I'm watching youtube as I type this.

At work mine has my emails open most of the time. And when I am reading instructions for something I put the instructions on the secondary, and do stuff on the primary.
