Anyone get a HAF X with a scratched window

Seems coolermaster are shipping these without any protection on the inside of the window and a few people here got scratched windows thanks to the cables coming loose.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar of if an isolated incident ?

No scratches on mine. Cables were held by the grommits.
