I was just wondering whether anyone else has a DUET card. I signed up for one last saturday (11th March) and bought a present for my girlfriend (not saying the item, as she browses the forum too 
) Anyhow, they put it through on the DUET card but rang them on Friday to pay it off but the account balance is £0.00. They said to ring back today, which I have done, to see if it's gone on yet and low and behold it hasn't. Now the woman said that there must have been an error at the shop and I've go back and get them to put it through again 
Now the question is do I:
(a) Close the account as it is £0.00 and the item clearly should have gone on by now
(b) Hang on and wait a little bit longer
(c) Go back to the store so they can charge me for it again
When I first bought it, she said it would be on within 2hrs, its been over a week and no sign so looks like it isn't going on....
Your thoughts much appreciated,
