Anyone got a dummy's guide to MTA setup on OpenSuSE?

and by dummies I do mean complete dummies.. I've wasted 2 full working days trying to get this thing sending/receiving email and I'm about to pull the last of my hair out.

We're using Postfix if it's any help.. google search "postfix mta config/setup/install" (one at a time) provided some guides, but it's helpless.. still not transmitting emails.

Although my personal favorite is:

But this maybe overkill for your needs and is based on Debian.

sorted the issues.. it couldn't load the mysql driver (because I didn't install mysql, nor did I want it to use mysql)
