Anyone got a G25 wheel?

Hi,

I am trying to fix a G25 wheel. I opened up the usb connector, seemed like a cable was loose. So I thought it would now work. But plugged it all up and nothing. Are you meant to get the power light come on before plugging in the usb?

How old is your wheel.
Did you no that the g25 has a two year warranty.
