I have a new one sat in front of me and I am in 2 minds to replace it over my P35-DS3L.
I currently get a fair amount of vdroop on the DS3L. The overclocking is good but are these EP35 boards any better than the one I currently have?
If not, I will be selling it to a friend.

the only thing I don't really like about these gigabyte boards - other than that they are solid... prolly not worth changing it over unless theres features on the R board that you need over the L.
