House we bought in 2021 has 2 zone heating
Radiators for most of the house
Underfloor heating for the open plan kitchen/living area.
We also have two thermostats - Heatmiser NeoAir V2, marked 'UFH' and 'Radiators'
The thermostat for the underfloor heating does just activate that zone only, no issue there.
The problem is the other thermostat for the rest of the house seems to activate both zones when the heating comes on, so it's not really working as intended.
I've tried re-pairing it to the RF switch (holding down the Boiler button for 5 seconds until it starts flashing) but that doesn't seem to solve it/pair properly
What's supposed to happen is the RF switch flashes until it gets a connection (this does work) and when you enter pairing mode on the thermostat, that ticks down from 99 seconds until it gets a signal and then goes back to the home screen
But it just ticks down all the way from 99 to 0...
I'm replacing this all soon with a Google NEST learning thermostat soon, but in the meantime I just want to get it working properly
NB - They didn't actually leave us with the NeoHub so I can't do all this on an app either!
