Prey is unfortunately just ported from the PC to the Xbox 360, Which may explain it's poor running, It's not coded 1st hand for the 360 hardware. But you are definately right, I've played Pray on both PC and 360, And the FPS on the 360 is shockingly crap in comparison to the PC. PC is much more fluid.

And how much did the PC cost in comparison to the 360? As you said, Prey is ported, and will never run as good as on a high spec PC, but then a high spec PC doesn't cost £350.

lol, No need to jump to the 360's defense :p I was talking more about it being a shame that Prey wasnt re developed for the 360, instead of being ported.

It would have taken a lot of time I know, But the game would have been better for it. :)

Thats the point i was trying to get across in my head, Obviously it wasnt clear :p

You sir, are an idiot.

How can someone of your age come out with such a silly comment? That's normally reserved for kids in classrooms.

If you honestly think games will look no better than they do now on the 360, then you are wrong. The developers of Gears of War themselves have said they have barely scratched the surface of the lighting capabilities of the 360.

Maybe it's because of my age that I don't really like Microsoft! Whilst Windows has been pretty decent since 2000 I have had to put up with years and years of buggy software which crashed a hell of a lot from one of the biggest companies on the planet!!! I just don't really like them as a company, which shows that I think through my purchases and make considered choices - unlike kids would do.

I am a Sony fanboy when it comes to games consoles because they changed the games console market with the original Playstation. Before then games were all cartridge based, being sold at £60 a pop (this is of course pre-1994, so it's probably the equivalent of paying over £100 per game now) and generally considered to be just for kids, before Sony came into the market. Also both Sega and Nintendo would only allow licenced software houses to produce games for their machines and there was certainly an element of price fixing and the old 'you scratch my back and I will scratch yours' from Sega and Nintendo.

Thank god Nintendo commissioned Sony to make the CD player add on for the SNES.

Also, I don't think that games wont improve on the 360 - I just beleive they wont improve as much as on the Playstation 3.

You call me an idiot and immature and yet your the one calling me names on a forum - tsch, grow up! You're most probably too young to remember any of the above. Microsoft are just this company who have always been there making stable software and not monopolising the market at all as far as you are concerned.

Celuloid film doesnt actually have a resolution, if you zoom right in you will eventually see the grain of the film rather than any pixelization!

I do understand what you are saying though, but new filming techniques are coming out which will vastly improve the quality of both programs and films when being viewed on a HD set.
Ah, didnt know that about celluloid film, but what about these new filming techniques? sounds interesting? got any more info?
