Anyone got a Reserator add-on fan?

has anyone got one of these? Or has anyone seen any reviews of it at all? Would be interested to know how noisy it is and how much it helps cooling?

thanks for the feedback guys, it's appreciated. I haven't seen much talk of them, but might get one ordered at some point since in the summer it might help me keep temps down
