Anyone got any experience of dead pixels on a MacBook?

My MacBook has grown a dead pixel. It's dead central vertically and about two inches from the left so right in the eyeline when looking at pretty much anything. It's a black dot on a white background.

I'm going to get myself booked into an Apple Store as it's only six months old but just wondering if anyone has any experience of this, what are they most likely to do, fit a new screen module?

Had one on a rMBP a while back (not mine), they just replaced the display (whole clamshell).

I expect they'll do the same.

I also had this on an older retina MBP. It started as just one pixel but I think that over the course of a week or so it developed into a whole line. They replaced the whole screen.
