anyone got COD4 running on a Vostro 1500?

Single player is fine but mp keeps crashing ??? read it might be something to do with the onboard sound card drivers? i just let vista install the default ones as advised

didnt help, its really weird it only effects multiplayer tho, placing something in the mic socket works lol
