Anyone got experience with NS&I?

I've been debating cashing in this bond for a while now, but they're not exactly making it easy. Their "contact us" page doesn't seem to work at all, that or they're just not replying to me. Anyway, the form i have calls for witness details, without saying anything about who this mysterious witness should be. So what, is it literally anybody in the world? Some NS&I official? What?

Bit of a long shot, but thanks for any help

Just get someone you know or work with (it could be anybody) to sign the instructions to cash in form at the same time as you do. It really is that simple.

This is premium bonds isn't it? It's a lottery but personally I didn't get anything from the £500 I had stashed away there for 3 years 2006-9.
