Anyone Got The Boxed Copy of Overlord

I recently bought the Overlord pack in the Steam Sale, I used to have the boxed copy of the original game which came with a paper map of the game areas. The Steam version doesn't have the map and I'd really like a copy. I've found nothing on the web apart from a photo of the german version, and was wandering if anyone here might have a copy they could scan / photograph for me.

Normally you can right click on the game and click View Manual, etc. not sure if this helps as I don't own this game.

Codemasters have told me that the map is not available with the downloadable versions of the game !??! so I do need someone who has a copy to let me have a copy of their copy.
