Anyone grow mushrooms?

I bought a joke present for the mrs, a grow your own kit in a box. Simply water, stick in the cupboard and come back in 2 weeks.
It was pretty impressive. lol. Also the mushrooms where edible enough
Anyway, it got me thinking. I have a rather large outbuilding which i think could be suitable to grow some shrooms in, maybe a more conventional type but i'm wondering where on earth do you get the spores/mycelium from?

Anyone point me in the right direction. Im not in the UK but ill ship from if its economically feasible.

I've got a neighbour who is about to start a business doing this. He's always been into foraging (he's Austrian) and has lately started experimenting with mushroom jerky. He's looking for a space locally and will be collecting coffee grounds from local cafes as feed/substrate.

Anyway that's a bit tangential. I'm expecting an order of spores from a place in UK called Viking Spore, they sell grow kits, and syringes of spores for inoculation. Bet there's a similar one in Sweden
