Anyone had a lost parcel from DPD?

I was supposed to have a 5850 graphics card delivered today but DPD Tracking it still in the hub at Birmingham. I have a bad feeling this may lead to me chasing them up and complaining for days on end before they release it.

Has anyone here at similar experience and how did you get round it? This card is pretty important as I'm sending one of my 5850s for RMA to another company on Monday and this one was supposed to be a replacement.

Must admit they have been the most reliable for me, beats those idiots at the Home Delivery Network and Citylink.

I've been using DPD for a long time, never had a problem with them as they've always delivered on time. This is the first time they've missed the boat, was wondering how their customer services are?

Ive had this problem before, apparently it was still in Birmingham also when it then arrived at my door. However it was on time.

Did you pay for Saturday delivery?

Did you pay next day Saturday delivery, or normal next day?

Normal Next Day would come on Monday I believe...

I had this issue before , paid for saturday delviery but was left in the hub for monday delivery isntead

OcUK were kind enough to give me my money back for the saturday delivery so it wasn't too much of a big deal

I paid for Saturday next day delivery on Friday morning, at around 10am. The tracker still shows its in Birmingham. Could it come on Monday? I hope OCUK can refund me too
