Anyone had any dealings with after sales and RMA issues?

Hi all,
I've had to return a pre overclocked bundle as it is not stable. This has been a bit of a pain seeing as though I had to build the machine to realise the fault and then had to take it apart and send it off to be looked at. I was shocked for the OC not to work, I would have thought extensive testing goes into these things?

I was also not happy with the thermal paste residue that was left on the CPU (and a bit on the mobo) when it was first supplied to me.

Anyway's, has anyone had any dealings with OC RMA? I've heard a few horror stories from the web... just googling 'Overclockers.co.uk RMA' brings back a plethora of bad experiences and poor after sale reviews:(

Can anyone please put my mind at ease?
Thanks
Spike

Just send OcUK a webnote via the website or there's a customer support section of the forum which deals specifically with these sort of issues. Their customer support and RMA process in my experience has always been fast and efficient. I've always received a response to a webnote within 24 hours. It's one of the main reasons I buy from OcUK, well, that and the free delivery :)

I have already sent off faulty the products I purchased, I'm just a little eager to find out if they have the consumers best interests at heart or are like the way they seemed to be portrayed elsewhere on the net.

I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with the sales service, but have never had to deal with the RMA team. I even went as far as to keep a faulty mobo a while back as it was just the waterblock that had issues and I thought I'd keep it and run it off air... I didn't want bother them about it as they are so polite on the sales end. I did get an RMA but never sent it off.

However, this is basically the whole system that is faulty so I have no choice but to RMA it. Has anyone else had faulty pre overclocked bundles?

Always had a 1st class service of OCUK, whether it be sales, RMA, or tech advice. As nocky24 says drop them a webnote or phone
