Hi all,
I've had to return a pre overclocked bundle as it is not stable. This has been a bit of a pain seeing as though I had to build the machine to realise the fault and then had to take it apart and send it off to be looked at. I was shocked for the OC not to work, I would have thought extensive testing goes into these things?
I was also not happy with the thermal paste residue that was left on the CPU (and a bit on the mobo) when it was first supplied to me.
Anyway's, has anyone had any dealings with OC RMA? I've heard a few horror stories from the web... just googling 'Overclockers.co.uk RMA' brings back a plethora of bad experiences and poor after sale reviews
Can anyone please put my mind at ease?
Thanks
Spike
