Anyone had any experiance networking Xerox MFD's?

Interested to know if anyone here has any experiance in networking Xerox MFD devices, such as the Xerox Workcentre 5632/5655/7345.

More precisely setting up secure print and the advantages/disadvantages to using Xerox standard accounting or leaving the MFD on internal auditron.

Will ask a more precise question if anyone replys having experiance setting these up.

We have 10 on the site I work at, 5 sites in total 70x over 5 sites Xerox come to install them all. By the way they are Xerox Workcentre 7120s & 5222s.

Do you use secure print when printing from your workstation by any chance?

What the users do at present is input their ID that they log into the workstation with. We currently have no passwords on these accounts but every print does get logged and charged accordingly.

I'm not the one who managers this area but yes, we do use secure print.

Is there an issue that your having?
How many MFDs are you supporting or installing?
Do you have a contract with Xerox Support?
