"Overall, I would not necessarily call this unit quiet, and I hesitate to call it loud since the output was very consistent. Rather, I would classify this unit as just "apparent" at 50% load and above in our testing."

Enermax brand isn't it? Should be decent. However haven't used it personally so can't comment on the noise..
