So i have decided that the 4850 is going, only being 6 months old it is still within the year warranty HIS offer.

Just wonder if anyone has used their RMA service.

Is it good? Bad?

I had a faulty X800 XT which I tried to RMA but I couldn't find any information at all about who or where I would need to send it back to, and when I finally did find a UK rep to speak to he basically fobbed me off. Eventually I was given an address to send it back to which I did and never heard back from them again despite several emails.
