Anyone had rebooting probs with dual core cpu in xp

I really dont want to change to vista to solve my prob, Ive done all the dual core updates and fixes, but xp just reboots if a torrent downloads too fast or if my g15 keyboard software starts up too fast?

Any ideas guys??

its stable with vista, cos ive gone from vista back to xp?

Ive just solved the prob, it was zone alarm that was making the system reboot its self, Ive updated zone alarm, and no more rebooting,,
