I have not had that problem. I would consider getting it replaced though if I bought a graphics card that did that I would consider it borked so I would only assume the same for a 360.
ive had this happen once or twice very very rarely to be honest i dont think its anything to worry about unless it gets more frequent. In fact it never used to do it before the last firmware update But like i say i think its only done it the twice and ive had the machine since release day.
