My Toughpower psu, the fan seems to be rattling/clicking in a really god damned annoying way.
Wanted to RMA it but everything to do with Thermaltake EU/UK bounces back all e-mails as basically "we're not here , screw you" including their own online forms so its not my e-mails being blocked or anything.
Seems on their forums that Thermaltake EU/UK are a pain the behind to contact, so has anyone rma'd anything, know an e-mail address to try or are they completely useless here?
Judging by their forums the USA guys replace PSU's without any fuss at all, any issue they just say send it in, we'll send you a new one. Lots of people complaining about inability to contact the EU Thermaltake and their moderators say USA TT won't do a thing to help basically as its not down to them, not that I want to send a several kg PSU to the states anyway.
