Anyone have a MBP and Netgear router?

Hi all,

ive just got my MBP up and running, but when it came to connecting to my Netgear router (DG834G) I can only connect to it without no encryption.

I want to use the WEP encyption but whenever I do I cant connect to the router?!
Also I have added the MB to the Setup Access List too.

Any ideas guys?

Now which to go with
I will try the WPA first.

right guys, this is what i did:
similar to what AdWright posted

Activated WPA2
Activated MAC filtering (on already)
Turned off SSID broadcast
Change default SSID (already changed)

all went through fine!
