As the title really, i've recently split with the mrs and once the house is sold i'll have about £20k as deposit on a house that's probably gonna be worth around £100k.
I've been looking at the oneaccount and wonder whether its for me.

So...who has one and what do you think of it?

It's probably not going to be the cheapest option for you, so think carefully before committing. However, they did get rated 2nd best bank for customer service so might be worth the premium, though that might change soon.

Their maximum lending is 75% borrowing against the property value, so you would have to find another £5k from somewhere.
