Anyone have an Asus Vintage V3-P5945GC?

Im thinking about buying one of these:

Asus Vintage V3-P5945GC

Do you get a cpu heatsink with it?

Havent got that exact one but i did have an AM2 one and no heatsink was suppied, i had to usae the stock one that came with the CPU

What did you think of your machine as a whole? I cant seem to find any reviews or decent pictures of these things...

I looked on the asus site for cpu support, will this thing work out of the box with a d820 dual-core or will I need to update the bios beforehand? its an oldish chip now but as its sitting in a drawer doing nowt I would rather do something with it.

Im very tempted to get one of these as shuttles are so dam expensive for what they are and I cant afford it.
