Long story short, I was planning to install an Omnie suspended floor solution but after lifting the floors I've found there is a concrete subfloor we can use which will allow us to use more insulation and create a screed finish across rooms for better thermal mass than insulating the suspended floor. I've somewhat given up with Omnie as I often can't get through to speak to anyone, and them coming back with answers to questions has been very slow. I've stumbled across a few recommendations for Wunda, but just wondering if anyone has any experience with them, or has any other suggestions of a company which does supply only but offers quality parts and good aftersales support?

I've had a good quote from Wunda for using staples system, but have been pondering if cacastellation panels would be useful, but they seem to add quite a lot of cost. Secondly the Wunda thermostats look pretty dated, so ideally I'd want something that looks a little cleaner looking any recommendations? I've already got a 230v multi-core cable run into the thermostat positions, I wasn't going to run floor probes but will do some reading to see if they're needed or not

Thanks

I think Wunda is the budget supplier. The gas safe plumber who is doing my install didn't want me to use them as he'd had problems with them in the past.

He recommended Continal (they do supply only).

I'm going for the clip rail system which is in-between the staples/ panels.
