Anyone having problems with virgin tonight?

Hi, just wondered if anyone was having any ping or connection problems? I have checked the virginmedia site and it says no problems in my area, but I can't get a connection at all. When I do my pings 200+.

Try opening up the command prompt and type in ping www.virginmedia.com

See if there is any packet loss. If there is ring them up and tell them.

Well there has been no change with my connection after having the modem switched off all night. I am just about to get on the phone to see whats happening.
