been having a problem for 3 days now, have to reboot my modem to fix it
rebooted the modem didn't help...

There has been several threads regarding this subject.
It appears they are performing massive upgrades / repairs. Mine has been on and off for coming up to a week now. Several friends I know with them have also experienced similiar concerns.
