Anyone heard of the whistling/whining noise problem?

I’ve been reading on other forums about this problem, but no mention of it hear (or have I missed it?)

It concerns the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R and certain power supplies. The only reason I’m asking is because I’m thinking of purchasing this pre-built bundle:-

which uses the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R.

Has any one here any experience of this problem?

I've heard of it with the Corsair PSU's. Seems to be attributed to some power saving features in the BIOS. See link....

Some capacitors make this sort of noise when under load, my graphics card used to do it. Not sure about the mobo/PSU combo though.
