Not 100% on the 920s but you should get 4.2 with less than 1.4V more like 1.3V

They are auction site cons..." super extreme overclockers edition core I7.." They always say that they are guaranteed to do 4.2ghz. But if you read the small print, they always say "with good cooling, ram, and motherboard.."

AFAIK Mushkin can only be bought overseas, seems to be very popular in america though, I guess you could try posting in the product suggestions forums and see if you get any response
