Yup, part of CPW.
Main thing to remember with the cashback deals is make sure you send the right bill in and send it recorded so you have some kind of comeback if it gets lost in the post. :)
 
i've had trouble with these in the past, they changed what cashback i was entitled to after i ordered .... ended up sending the phone back for a refund. customer service is still terrible even after being owned by cpw.
 
I hear so much bad stuff about these guys but it makes me wonder if half the time its just people sending in the forms wrong?

Also, are e2save better?

In the majority of cases I've dealt with, unfortunately it has been due to people filling in the forms wrong, sending the wrong bills, not reading the contract properly etc.

E2save will probably be the same as OSPS imo.
 
Its strange that e2save have visible CPW partnership, and OSPS show none.

I'm debating wether to go with a better value OSPS deal or the e2save deal just because its got more of a link to CPW
 
The terms and conditions make a big point of being part of CPW if it makes you feel better :)
 
My sister has had two 12 month contract phones with OSPS. Had no problems and their cashback system has been fine each time.
Gonna go with them this week myself.
 
I was just about to order and then realised i needed to keep my current number too.

So i've got to write to O2 and pay off my current contract and do the whole PAC code thing. I hope OSPS can handle a number transfer, i will be angry if i lose my number!
