At the risk of being strung up in this forum I'm not afraid to admit that I don't like driving! I currently do about 17k a year, mostly to do with work.

My dream car is one which will drive itself so as I can just sit back and relax..

So... am I alone? Anyone else here really dislike driving?

It's nowhere near as rewarding as it was, what with the amount of speed cameras/traps, discourteous drivers and the price of fuel.

I somewhat suspect you won't find many people who dislike driving in a forum that people only post regularly in because they are car enthusiasts.

It's a bit like asking in the football forum if anyone thinks football is a bit rubbish really :/

Indeed. I'll move to GD.

used to love driving and it would be any excuse to jump in the car ie 50 mile round trip for a pint of milk etc

but i've been a taxi driver for too long now, and tbh i actually enjoy not having to drive when i can :)

I don't enjoy as I once did. Been driving for almost 25 years, not non stop, and driving is now something that is required to get me from A to B.

I also hate Christmas, puppies and kittens.

I hate it, used to like it but then took my bike test and rode a bike for fun for several years, since then car driving is dire and utterly boring.
